One link for the family waiting with you.

Send it to your mum, your kids, your friends. They see everything you see — without asking you every five minutes.

The last thing they’ll remember from the road is your doorstep — not a car park.

Arrival night
I was so anxious about the journey, but the updates and photos made all the difference. Seeing Biscuit resting comfortably in the van put my mind at ease completely.

From start to finish, they kept us informed every step of the way. When Luna arrived, she was calm and settled. You could tell she had been looked after the entire journey.

Questions we hear often.

Will I get updates during the journey?

Yes! Our goal is to keep you informed and reassured with regular photos and updates, without overloading the team focusing on the road.

How long does the journey take?

Typically 2–3 days from Romania to the UK. We never rush. The route includes planned rest stops, border procedures, and overnight care. A calm, careful pace means your dog arrives rested, not stressed.

Do you transport family pets?

Our main focus is rescue transport, but we do help family pets if their journey aligns with our routes and welfare standards.

How early should a rescue contact you?

The earlier, the better. Giving us time allows for proper document review, route planning, and careful coordination with the receiving families.

Do you guarantee UK entry?

We meticulously plan around current requirements to ensure the smoothest possible entry, though final clearance is always at the discretion of border staff.

Do you use UK meeting points?

No, our standard service is a direct home delivery. We want your dog to finish their journey exactly where they will be living.

What needs to be ready before travel?

We review the commercial import setup, the dog's paperwork, health testing, and overall welfare readiness before we confirm a date.
