Will I get updates during the journey?
Yes. We share live location, ETA updates and photos from welfare stops when it is safe to do so.
How long does the journey take?
Most journeys take 2–3 days from Romania to the UK. Timing depends on welfare stops, traffic, crossings and border procedures.
Do you transport family pets?
Our main focus is rescue transport, but we do help family pets if their journey aligns with our routes and welfare standards.
How early should a rescue contact you?
Contact us as early as possible. We need time to review documents, plan the route and coordinate each handover.
Do you guarantee UK entry?
No transporter can guarantee entry. We check the paperwork and plan around current requirements, but border authorities make the final decision.
Do you use UK meeting points?
No. Our standard service is direct delivery to the dog’s new home.
What needs to be ready before travel?
We review the commercial import setup, the dog's paperwork, health testing, and overall welfare readiness before we confirm a date.
